Terms Of Service and Conditions

 1. What These Terms Mean

When you accept a purchase order from Best Converting, LLC, you agree to these terms.

Any other terms you send us don’t apply unless we agree in writing.

2. Orders and Changes

We send written Orders for products or services.

We can change an Order in writing. If that change affects cost or timing, tell us within five (5) business days.

3. Delivery

Deliver items on time, in good condition, and as stated on the Order.

Overages must be advised and agreed upon ahead of time

We take ownership and risk only after physical acceptance of the goods.

If you ship the wrong product, we reserve the right to charge back costs.

4. Quality and Inspection

We reserve the right to inspect goods at any time. If something is wrong, counterfeit, damaged, or unsafe, we may return it for refund or require a replacement at your expense.

5. Pricing and Payment

We pay within 30 days after receiving a correct invoice.

We can deduct or offset any amount you owe us

6. Warranties

You agree that:

Goods and services are fit for purpose, safe, and defect-free.

Work is done professionally and within agreed timeline

Warranties last 12 months unless we agree otherwise.

In the event of any product failure, you agree to replace, or refund the item

7. Safety

If there’s a safety or compliance issue, you must tell us right away and help fix it, including recalls if needed.

8. Liability and Insurance

You’ll protect Best Converting from any claims, damage, or loss caused by your goods, services, or actions.

You must keep valid insurance and show proof upon demand

9. Confidentiality & Non Solicitation

Keep all information we share with you, such as designs, pricing, or client data strictly confidential

Trade secrets must remain secret and unsolicited.

10. Our Property

Any tools, data, or materials we give you belong to us. Keep them safe, label them as ours, and return them when asked.

11. Intellectual Property

Anything you create specifically for us belongs to us.

Don’t use others’ copyrighted or patented materials unless we approve it.

12. Records and Audits

Keep records related to our work for seven (7) years.

13. Laws and Ethics

You must follow all laws including trade, anti-corruption, labor, and environmental rules.

No forced labor, child labor, or bribery is allowed.

14. Legal Details

These terms follow Florida law.

All disputes would be brought before Palm Beach County, Florida courts.

All parties agree to waive the right to a jury trial.

15. Agreement

By accepting or filling any purchase order from Best Converting, LLC, you agree to these terms.
